SPEAK BRAIN PRIVACY POLICY

Speak Brain is an AI tool, operated by Zeina Muna, that helps people communicate with family members and loved ones who have ADHD or autism. This page explains what information Speak Brain collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Your mobile phone number, if you sign up for text messages.
• The messages you send to Speak Brain, by text or in the app, so we can reply to them.
• Basic account details you choose to share, such as your name or email address.

If you use the microphone, we send the recording to our AI provider to turn it into text. We don't keep the recording.

How we use it

• To reply to the messages you send and provide the Speak Brain service.
• To send you service messages you have asked for, such as confirmations and help responses.
• To fix problems and improve how Speak Brain works.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we need to run Speak Brain: our text messaging provider (Twilio), our hosting and database provider, and the AI provider that generates replies. These providers process your information only to deliver the service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Sensitive information

People often write to Speak Brain about family members, including children. Please share only what you need to get help, and avoid including full names, medical records, or other identifying details about others.

How long we keep it, and deleting it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide the service. You can delete your profile, leave a home, or ask us to delete your phone number, messages, and account at any time by contacting us at zeina.muna@gmail.com.

Age

Speak Brain is intended for adults 18 and older. Parents and caregivers may add information about the children in their home. Speak Brain does not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
